I began this with the large female profile and the cigarette (which later was conjoined with a candle) without thinking they would be related. After drawing the smoke through her face, I saw a possible link. Looking back at it I think it's a very overused theme. The whole sex sells, cigarettes kill, and of course, the we-are-all-so-insecure plot gets around (a lot), but even so, the significance of these problems is actually taken too lightly nowadays, almost like a joke.
