No thank you, I'll stand.

Sitting down is the most uncomfortable part of my day. Divide the day into times when you lay, times when you sit, and those when you stand (I admit, this is a great oversimplification, but it serves the point I am trying to make). I prefer the times of the day that I spend standing, which would include walking around. I wish that the distances that I have to cross on a daily basis were longer because walking with my thoughts is the most relaxing, therapeutic activity I have found. Driving around also has a therapeutic value when there is no traffic, but walking is clearly the more sustainable and healthier choice here.
