Meek Page 6: There's no place like here
I don't have a specific place that's home. It's more of a feeling that I carry from place to place. I don't get attached to places, only people. I also really like tea.

Meek Page 5: Birds of Demise
It took me a while to decide if this one was finished. Inspiration came from a version of one of my favorite Russian folk songs about death and a black raven. As a side note, if you can't read the verse on the left side, that's because it's in Russian. Enjoy!

Meek Page 3: All smoke and vanity mirrors
I began this with the large female profile and the cigarette (which later was conjoined with a candle) without thinking they would be related. After drawing the smoke through her face, I saw a possible link. Looking back at it I think it's a very overused theme. The whole sex sells, cigarettes kill, and of course, the we-are-all-so-insecure plot gets around (a lot), but even so, the significance of these problems is actually taken too lightly nowadays, almost like a joke. I'll leave you to decipher the rest of the entry.

Meek Page 2: Thought paths and trees
My second entry in the book and the last one without a specific theme. The next ones will have noticeable (although not according to everyone... so I might add some of my thoughts), overarching themes.
Happy Mother's Day to all the past, present, and future mamas!
